The aim of the second phase, according to Prince Turki, to build a desalination plant to solar energy and membrane nano-card production of 300 thousand cubic meters on a daily basis, to meet the needs of million of drinking water, and implementation would take 3 years after the end of the first phase, while the third phase aims of the initiative to building plants for the desalination of salt water and solar nano-membranes for all regions of the Kingdom.
